The VPS Stamp List not only provides a listing of Vatican City stamps but also provides links to a lot of other detailed information. To access the Stamp List from the Vatican Philatelic Society (VPS) home page (https://vaticanstamps.org): 1. Click on the blue MEMBERS ONLY line in the upper righthand corner of the home page screen. (You may be required to login using your user-id and password.) This will take you to the VPS MEMBERS ONLY screen. 2. Highlight the REFERENCE tab found on the menu bar at the top of the screen. A dropdown screen will appear. 3. Highlight and click on STAMP LIST from the drop-down menu. The VATICAN STAMP LIST screen will then appear. 4. From here you can choose one of the “specialty” stamp listing by clicking on one of the grey buttons (aerogrammes, postcards etc.) or for a yearly stamp list proceed to step 5 5. Select an issue year from the drop-down menu at the top of the screen, them press the SELECT button. A yearly issue list will appear. 6. Scroll down the number column with your mouse. Notice the stamp image appears on the left side of the screen. 7. In the action column a series of buttons appear. All of buttons may not be present depending on information thus far gathered and other buttons may appear. Commonly found Action buttons displayed button are: • DETAIL – this shows information about the stamp issue, including perf and printer • Notes – Links to the Vatican Notes about the stamp issue • COVER – display a cover with the stamp issue • UFN – shows the UFN bulletin • ARAGO – links to stamp issue information found on U.S. Postal Museum website The collection of information about Vatican stamps is a never-ending task.
