Casina Pio IV 1933

Vatican Gardens - Casina Pio IV Construction of this area of the Vatican Gardens was started in 1551 by Pope Paul IV and completed in 1562 by Pope Pius IV. The postcard is postmarked 09/30/1933. It has a nice cancelation with clear vertical lines in the upper and lower moons.
