We noticed that the Vatican's September stamp issues, including the U.S. Diplomatic Anniversary stamp, were released on the CFN website last week. We have also noticed that the CFN website Order History screen is not coming up properly to allow for orders and payments. This requires a bit of work since the special cancellations are not normally provided by CFN. To get FDCs with the special Day 1 postmark, make sure your request has "ANNULLO FIGURRATO/SPECIALE - DAY 1 POSTMARK" on your order form--clearly mark this in several places.
