 Vatican Stamp Day at the Spellman Museum of Stamps and Postal History is next Saturday, October 19, 2024, from noon until 5 pm. The VPS Website Team and the Museum Team have planned an event that we hope will be fun and educational for stamp collectors and postal historians, as well as for non-collectors from the general public. We want to expose folks to the beauty and history of Vatican philately and fulfill the Museum's mission to reach out to the community. Following the event, we are planning a dinner for VPS members and guests at a local restaurant. It will be a great way to cap off the day and enjoy some time together. We need to place our reservations for the dinner by the end of the day this Friday, October 11. We are really excited about Vatican Stamp Day, the first live event sponsored by the Vatican Philatelic Society in quite some time.
