Double cancellation marking the closing of the Holy Year on December 24, 1975. The special inscription reads: Pope Paul VI closes the Holy Door. This inscription appears on both the circular cancellation and the large pictorial cancellation. It is not known if these are two seperate devices but the re;ative positions of both parts of the cancellation are the same on several covers at hand.
